Welcome Website counter Visitors!

Acknowledging the issues surrounding mental health well- being is the first step towards the healing process to recovery and stability.

We all have personal struggles whether it is our own or knowing someone dear to us who is passing through a rough storm. Survivors know that picking up the pieces is not such an easy task.

What ever your circumstances, you do not have to feel isolated, alone and afraid to take positive steps towards attempting solutions for a more happier, peaceful and productive living.

On this website you will find a collection of inspirational and motivational stories contributed by people from all walks of life determined not to be labelled by their disability.

We have a chat room and vetted moderators here to help you if you need someone to talk to. We will soon have scheduled guest psychiatrists and counsellors to answer your every day questions.

Feel free to drop by anytime. Chat and make friends, post messages, stories, upload videos, sign our guest book and more. If you prefer snail mail, then write to us at our London office.

We at calmer-uk.org wish you all the best on your road to recovery and for those who have overcome or supporting someone who is, we thank you for your contibutions.

Remember...tomorrow is another chance to smile, dance, nurture, sow, grow, love and recover.
